Fully restored bar billiards tables for pubs, bars and social gaming spaces.
About60 places renovated four-pin bar billiards tables into venues under a simple table-placement model: we supply, install, maintain and promote the table, while the venue gets a proper social game with no capital outlay.
The game sits against a wall and is played from one end, so it gives you a competitive table sport without needing the floor space of pool or snooker. It is easy for new players to try, but on a good table it becomes skilful, addictive and seriously replayable.
Why it works for venues
Four-pin bar billiards is perfect for pubs, bars, food halls and modern social gaming spaces because it creates repeat play without dominating the room.
Wall-friendly footprint
The table goes against a wall and players shoot from one end, so it fits where pool and snooker often do not.
Great for dates and groups
New players can enjoy it almost immediately, which makes it ideal for couples, small groups and casual competition.
Repeat midweek footfall
Bar billiards works brilliantly for teams, practice nights, mini-leagues and tournaments β exactly the sort of repeat reason people need to come back.
Not starting from cold
There is already a strong bar billiards community in places like Norwich, and About60 helps promote the game online to around 10,000 subscribers.
The table-placement model
This is not a normal equipment sale. We call it a table placement: the venue provides the right space and footfall, and we provide the table, setup and support.
- We supply and install the table.
- We keep ownership of the table.
- We maintain it, repair it and recover it with new cloth when needed.
- The table runs on a Β£1 game mechanism.
- The venue receives an agreed share of the takings.
Properly restored tables
The first batch of tables is in the final stages of full renovation. These are not tired old pub tables being dragged back out.
- New cushions and championship-quality cloth.
- Refurbished original game mechanisms.
- New mahogany scoreboards.
- Careful setup so the table plays properly.
- Ongoing maintenance from people who know the game.
We help new players get started
A great table is only part of it. About60 is also building the tools and content that make the game easier for venues to introduce.
App onboarding
The About60 app includes a built-in βHow to Playβ guide so people can quickly understand the rules, scoring and rhythm of the game.
QR table signage
We can provide simple table-top signs or placards linking to the app, videos and beginner guides, so staff do not have to explain everything from scratch.
Promotion and community
About60 can help showcase venues through video, social posts and the wider bar billiards community, especially where a venue wants to host teams or events.

Interested in having a table in your venue?
We are focusing first on East Anglia and London, but we are happy to hear from pubs, bars, food halls and social gaming venues anywhere in the UK. Start with one table or talk to us about a bigger setup.
About60 is led by Peter Brown, who also runs Bexley Thomas Ltd, a UK service management consultancy working with large organisations. The same approach is being brought to bar billiards: proper equipment, proper support and a serious plan to grow the game.
